Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry degree course B.V.Sc. and A.H. Is one of the most prospective degree courses in India. It is governed by Veterinary Council of India. India is not only known for its agriculture based economy and social structure, but also for livestock, being the first country topping the list of livestock rearing countries. Its livestock health needs more proficient veterinarians. This need is catered by Mahasrashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University (MAFSU ) through various colleges of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry.
WHO CAN APPLY ?
The candidates for admission to B.V.Sc. and A.H. degree course are selected on the basis of marks in common entrance test (MH-CET) conducted by Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER).
Also, a separate quota in selected colleges of MAFSU is for the national nominees, on the basis of national entrance test, conducted by Indian Council of Agriculture (ICAR).
Admissions to post graduate courses are on the basis of C.G.P.A. in B.V.Sc. & A.H.

The admissions are done through the applications of eligible candidates by online process, on notification on the website www.mafsu.in (and also websites of the constituent colleges). The prospectus available on the website is self explanatory for information of the admission process. The candidates are advised to visit the websites for latest information.
